What's shown online may not be what you get! Ask for photos before they send out an arrangement so you know what you’re getting. I ordered an arrangement based on photos from their website for my grandma’s 95th birthday (the professionally shot photo with pink and green florals is from their website). I received a call the next morning confirming the delivery address and then the caller seemed to read from a script saying that if the exact flowers from the photo were not available, they would be replaced with flowers of equal or greater value. I agreed, incorrectly assuming that for $165 a well-rated florist would make a substantially similar looking arrangement. A few hours later I received a photo of the “upgraded bouquet” (in the photo with the dark gray background). Yikes! The bouquet they made was lopsided, the colors clashed and it did NOT look like the beautiful arrangement I ordered. I called customer service and they told me it was the same flowers as the arrangement shown online (!), but they’d ask the designer to make some adjustments and then send another picture before it was delivered. I wanted to celebrate with a family member who lives in Washington state and called for a bouquet to be delivered. They listened and delivered BEAUTIFUL flowers just as I requested. I am very pleased.

They were very easy to work with and took my order over the phone. The only negative comment is that I asked for a picture to be taken of the floral arrangement for our Aunt's funeral and have it emailed to me. They have NOT sent a picture. We had over 6 families involved with this flower order and I wanted them to see what was the final product as it was delivered. Hopefully I can call the flower shop and see if they actually did as I requested.

Just had some flowers sent yesterday to a friend in the hospital. They were absolutely stunning and they went the extra mile to call the hospital to see if I see you would accept flowers which they did. Thank you.!

Ordering the flowers was great, but when we called to find out why we didn't receive a picture of the bouquet, the customer service person was having a difficult time sending a picture of where the flowers were delivered. It took her 3 trys and we finally got it. Also, we understood a picture of the arrangement was going to be emailed to us before it was delivered. That didn't happen. The arrangement was pretty.
